Ideas are the currency of growth
Very recently, it’s been my absolute pleasure to be involved in an R&D project run by a company called Hidden Gorilla. What these guys do is amazing. Far from the usual British PLC method of “whoever shouts loudest wins” philosophy. Hidden Gorilla have a proven track record of excavating, filtering and sanity checking the wealth of ideas that exist in almost all companies.. and making sense of them.

What has been of particular interest to me in the process, is just how much valuable information is sitting around out there just waiting to be discovered.. amongst customers, businesses, consumers.. and most of all, within the employees of the business itself.
And the best quote of all was imparted to me by Graeme Bishop, Owner and Cheif Enthusiast, when he said this statement…
“ideas are the currency of growth”.
This really says it all for me.
